Cadbury & Maynards Win a Worldie

Hidden amongst the old ‘Away Wins‘ products on the supermarket shelves, you may have spotted the new ‘Win a Worldie‘ packaging! The latest Cadbury and Maynards Bassetts instant win footy-themed promotion started on 15 August and runs until 20 November 2022.

Win a Worldie prizes

Level 1 – Grand prize draw

One winner will be chosen for each of the 4 footballers (Virgil Van Dijk, Steph Houghton, Neymar Jr, Harry Kane) in a prize draw after the closing date, and each prize is:

• a player experience to meet a football player (for winner and three guests) for up to 60 minutes either in person or online
• standard class travel for winner and 3 guests (if in person), minimum 4 star hotel for 1 night overnight accommodation for winner and 3 guests (if in person)
• 1x £50 Cadbury hamper for winner only.

Level 2 – instant win prizes

• 20 x signed shirts by a player (maximum of 5 x shirts per player, subject to availability and to be dictated by the promoter)
• 4 x ‘like and comment’ on a photo on the winner’s social media channel by a player (subject to user’s profile privacy settings and player approval). The photo chosen and comment will be dictated by the player
• 20 x personalised video messages from a player to winner (minimum 10 seconds and will be scripted by the promoter). The personalised video messages will be scripted by the promoter and shared with winners via email (they must not be shared on social media)

Level 3 – instant win prizes

• 1250 x £10 Lifestyle voucher (or €10 AllGifts.ie voucher)
• 711 x £15 Lifestyle voucher (or €15 AllGifts.ie voucher)

Entrants can win a maximum of one of the Level 1 and Level 2 prizes, and three of the Level 3 (voucher) prizes.

Late entry draw

There’s one prize of a £250 Lifestyle voucher (or €250 AllGifts.ie voucher) which will be drawn from all late entries between 20 November 2022 and 14 April 2023.

How to enter Win a Worldie

• Purchase a flashed ‘Win a Worldie’ Cadbury’s or Maynard Bassetts product – the promotion is featured in a wide range of confectionery
• Go to worldie.cadburyfc.com and choose your region (GB, ROI or NI)
• Enter the barcode plus the batch code from your packaging (this is not necessary for Irish residents)
• Select the player you would like the chance to win an experience with to enter into the prize draw

Note: several batch codes are being rejected at the start of the promotion, hopefully this will be rectified soon

You’ll be entered into the grand prize draw, and will also be notified if you’ve won an instant voucher prize. It’s a winning moments format, which means all prizes should be won! It’s approximately a prize awarded every 70 minutes or so – enter overnight for a better chance of winning. Instant winners will receive an email and have 7 days to claim the prize.

The four grand prize winners will be informed by email within 10 working days of 20 November 2022.

Unusually for a Cadbury promotion, entries are limited to a maximum of 2 a day – and only 20 across the whole promotion. T&Cs also state that you must keep hold of a separate receipt per entry.
