Lidl Stamp Card prize draw – win thousands of prizes

Lidl’s Stamp Card promotion has returned to stores, once again advertising over 5,000 prizes to be won – including £5,000 Lidl vouchers, an Apple Tech Bundle and four Jet2 family holidays!

To enter the prize draw, you’ll need to be registered on the free Lidl Plus app, and spend £10 in four separate transactions in store between 6 October and 2 November 2022.

What are the 5,320 prizes?

Here’s what you can win – 5,000 of the prizes are a Lidl coupon valued at £5 or £10.

  • 2 x £5,000 digital shopping vouchers from Lidl;
  • 1 x Apple Tech Bundle – Apple TV, Macbook, Iphone 13, Ipad Air, iWatch, Airpods;
  • 4 x Jet2holiday prize holidays (including flights and accommodation) (Jet2holiday);
  • 3 x £1000 Away Resorts Staycation;
  • 10 x Salter NutriPro Blenders;100 x JBL True Wireless Earbuds 100TWS;
  • 100 x Family Cineworld Cinema Tickets;
  • 100 x Onegreenbottle 500ml evolution stainless steel bottle, vacuum insulated;
  • 2,000 x £10 Lidl Plus coupon (£10 Lidl Plus coupon);
  • 3,000 x £5 Lidl Plus coupon (£5 Lidl Plus coupon),

How to enter

  • Download and register with the Lidl Plus app from Google Play or App Store
  • Make a purchase of £10 or more at any Lidl store (excluding infant formula and gift cards)
  • Scan your Lidl Plus Card from the app
  • You’ll be rewarded with a stamp in the Lidl Plus app – once you’ve made 4 separate transactions of £10 or more, you will have completed your card.
  • When you have the 4 stamps, tap SUBMIT MY CARD to get an entry into the prize draw
  • For every four £10 transactions you make, you will get another entry into the prize draw

You must be a resident of Great Britain aged 18 or older to take part. Although you can enter multiple times, each Lidl Plus member can only win one prize in the draw.

When are Lidl prize draw winners informed?

The promotion closes on 2 November 2022, the winners will be drawn on 8 November 2022. Winners will be emailed by 17 November 2022 and must respond by 1 December 2022 to claim their prize. Voucher winners will get a notification via the Lidl Plus app.

Is there a decent chance of winning?

With over 5,000 prizes and only one prize allowed per person, you’d think there would be a good chance of winning – even just a £5 off voucher! For the similar promotion back in January, a winners list was eventually published online but only included names of the main prize winners, rather than all the voucher winners too. Across all the comping groups I’m a member of, I heard of less than ten prize-winners from 5,400 prizes (and they only won £5 vouchers or water bottles). We would generally expect at least 20% of prize-winners to be from the comping community in a purchase-necessary promotion like this, which suggests prize fulfilment may not have been completed properly. I would advise if you’re not a regular Lidl shopper, don’t go out of your way to take part in this prize draw – there are other promotions with a far better chance of a prize!

Bonus Scratch Card draw

Lidl also reward 33 customers each week with a refund of their shopping value, up to £20 (it used to be one winner per store, so around 900 winners per week!)

After you’ve paid for your shopping, look for a scratch card on the Home screen of your app. Then rub it to reveal if you’ve won a prize. In addition to the refund, there are thousands of discount coupons to be won too – you have a 1-in-2 chance of revealing a discount offer when you play.

You can get multiple scratch cards in a day but must leave 60 minutes between transactions, so if you’ve split your shop for the Stamp Card draw you’ll only get one scratch card! Find all the T&Cs for the scratch card draw plus details of the weekly coupon prizes here.

  • Before you pay, make sure you don’t have any offers on your app that might reduce your shop to less than £10
  • Use the self checkouts, and put your big shop through as separate transactions worth just over £10 each to ensure you get the most stamps you can

    I think it’s odd that they don’t know any of the locations for any of the holiday prize winners?! (3 Jet2 & 4 Haven holidays) very strange. are they real people?? if so & they had been contacted and accepted the prize then Lidl would know their location wouldn’t they!

    • Di says:

      I think Lidl (or rather, the agency handing the winner contact) would have asked winners what details they were happy to have shared publicly (if any), so perhaps some of them only agreed to their name being published, but not location?

    I’d forgotten all about this competition, until now. I thought it would be a relatively low entry comp. so a bit disheartening to not to even get a small win. It seems odd that I know nobody who won from this. One wonders if Lidl really awarded all prizes.

  3. Zoe says:

    Hi, did anyone win on this? with 5400 prizes I was hopeful but nothing here.

  4. Gill says:

    Thanks for the details of this one, Di. Great number of prizes. I’ve entered now but after fe-reading the t & c’s, I notice it said if you win a Lidl voucher, you will be notified by push notification if enabled. It sounds like if it’s not enabled, you won’t get any other notification. At the risk of sounding super dumb, what is a ‘push’ notification, please and how can I check mine is enabled? I’d hate to miss out on a prize, purely because they couldn’t notify me. Thanks.

    • Di says:

      What device do you have Gill? A push notification is a little pop up message/banner on your mobile device that an app sends you – it could be a Whatsapp message, a Twitter DM or an offer from a restaurant for example. On an iPhone, go to Settings > Notifications and then scroll through your list of apps to get to LidlPLus. You can then switch on/off notifications and choose what kind of notifications to receive.
      For Android devices, there’s some advice at Go to Settings > Notifications > App settings > All Apps and then look for Lidl to switch notifications on/off

    This sounds amazing, thanks Di. I’ve downloaded the app already.
