How to unlike Facebook pages quickly

Uh oh! Facebook has just informed you that you’ve reached your limit and can no longer like any more pages! But what’s the quickest way to sort this out?

Well, if you go to and log in using Facebook, you’ll be able to see a list of EVERY page you like on Facebook. Most people say that Facebook has a limit of 5,000 pages, but in reality it’s different for everyone. Apparently I like around 6,500 pages – as a comper, it’s pretty easy to get to that stage!

Use Page Unliker to unlike Facebook pages quickly!

Using Page Unliker

  • Go to and log in using Facebook
  • Wait for your list of liked pages to load
  • Scroll down and click LIKE next to them to unlike (the tick will change to a thumbs up)
  • Click to go to the next page

The first listings are the pages you liked the earliest, so get started with those. I made my browser window narrow to make it easier to see which pages I was unliking!

Hopefully this should clear a bit of space for some new likes – but do check if you do actually need to LIKE a page to enter a competition though! It’s actually a breach of Facebook terms to ask someone to like a page in order to validate their competition entry, so promoters shouldn’t really be making you do it!

How many Facebook pages do you like? Let me know in the comments!

Er…Apparently 9928 pages??? I thought the limit would have been much much lower, as I know I have been told to unlike pages before which I have done! Strange!
Thanks so much for the link to this, can finally clear up the ol’ fb now! xxx

    Hello Di
    Thanks for this, very useful.
In my list of liked pages, I seem to have lots of pages where the like icon has the thumbs up. I have obviously unliked these in the past, but the references are still showing.

When clicking the link, sometimes you go to a blank page, or occasionally a webpage.
Do you know whether there is any way to get rid of these references so that they don’t show?
    Thanks, have a great Christmas.
