Grand Designs Live – a guide to the show’s exclusive comps

Today I took a day trip to London to check out t
he Grand Designs Live show at ExCel, after winning tickets with Little Greene on Twitter. My main intention was to get samples, quotes and brochures for floors and doors – but of course, comping was on the agenda too! I won a fantastic Miele vacuum at Grand Designs in Birmingham a few years ago – the prize draws have less entries than you think, so it’s well worth a go.Thanks to a few tip offs from Facebook friends and a Twitter search, I’d already written a list of stands to visit – and I found several extra competitions too. I know quite a lot of compers are heading to the show before it ends on Sunday 11th May, so here’s my round up of the prize draws and competitions I entered so you can keep a look out. These were mainly entry form comps that had to be handed in at the event – unfortunately I was limited with my time, so I may well have missed a few comps too!
