The Sport Relief #TeamHonkRelay – and a couple of winners!

We did it! The Brighton branch of Team Honk successfully completed our leg of the relay yesterday, with Maddie (Gammon and Chips) plus Sarah (A Field Somewhere) whizzing along Brighton beach on scooters to hand me the baton!

And onwards I ran, a sweaty wheezing ninja with nunchucks flapping in the wind, to Rottingdean.

Here I was greeted by Anya In Wonderland (Older Single Mum) and her mate Matt, who sped off with the baton along the coast to Eastbourne and beyond!

So far the Brighton team has raised a brilliant £351, adding to the TeamHonk total of £5227 – and you can still donate at http://my.sportrelief.com/sponsor/brightonteamhonk to help us reach our £500 target!

And now of course, it’s time to announce the winners of my TeamHonk competition! I had lots of amazing, hilarious and downright odd messages of support, and enlisted the help of my independent judges (@ChelleMcCann and her daughter Fizz) to decide the two lucky winners.

By far the most unusual entry – winning a £50 Wallis giftcard – is Vicky Morton, with this somewhat unnerving video entry… Vicky, have you been stalking me?!

Fizz then decided the funniest entry was this masterpiece from @olivia280177 which wins Olivia a £50 Goldsmiths giftcard (for the uninitiated, a Bluenose is a Birmingham City fan!)
