My first prize unboxing video!
If you’re a YouTube fan, you’ll know that unboxing videos are HUGE. A few weeks ago, as Ryland watched yet another Kinder Surprise being opened, I had a brainwave!
Comping is a hobby which fills your life with surprises – in the form of unexpected emails, Facebook messages, tweets and phone calls. But there’s also all the prize deliveries – LWEs (Long White Envelopes), Jiffy Bags and giant cardboard boxes – and many of those are a surprise too.
I decided to capture the excitement and intrigue of opening my parcels and letters on film – and so I present my first ‘Prize Unboxing’ video on YouTube, recorded over the last two weeks!

This was fab! My little girl thought so too and wanted to know when we could do one. She then had a fight with an unopened letter with £4 Walkers crisps voucher, didn’t head for the flap on the envelope at all but went to one end instead – think I might have to give her a lesson in how to open an envelope, lol
Oh yes, there’s the danger of Ry opening an envelope and ripping right through a cheque – argh!
I really enjoyed watching this. My son is 8 months old so I hope to be doing the same in a few years! 🙂

OH I LOVE THAT IDEA! The only trouble I have with the prospect of prize unboxing is that by the time I’ve got clothes/make up on etc.. I’ll be bursting out of my skin going WHAT IS THE PRIZE!? Let alone bringing it all the way to your house…. Especially if it’s an envelope with NDL written on it!!
I’ve just done the maths and I’ve had 70 wins this month, so I should be able to start a bloody youtube channel with that lot! 😛 x

I have a different postie every day here in Brighton! Back in Nottingham I always gave my postie choccy bars I’d won!
