Find the Golden Mic to win a £5,000 holiday!
Costcutter and Peroni are brightening up summer with a fun competition – hunt down the golden mic in their stores, share a selfie with it and you’ll be entered in a prize draw to win one of four amazing prizes of a £5,000 TUI Travel gift card!
The golden mics will be popping up in sixty Costcutter, Mace and Supershop stores across the UK – each week the mic will be at 4 or 5 stores only for that week!
When you find the Golden Mic sign, snap a photo with it and share on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram tagging @costcutter or @mace and use #FindTheGoldenMic
Weekly clues
Clues to the golden mic’s location are revealed on the Costcutter website every Wednesday.
Below are the final mic locations until 27 August – you’ll need to check the Costcutter Location Finder for the store addresses!
There are four entry periods, with one £5000 Tui gift card to be won in each period! The winners will be chosen at random and informed within a week of the closing date.
- Wednesday 29 May – Tuesday 18 June 2019
- Wednesday 19 June – Tuesday 9 July 2019
- Wednesday 10 July – Tuesday 6 August 2019
- Wednesday 7 August – Tuesday 27 August 2019

Find all the T&Cs here. The T&Cs don’t mention using the hashtag – or even including yourself in the photo – but both of these are mentioned in the instructions on the main competition page so I would definitely submit a selfie and use #FindTheGoldenMic. Costcutter have confirmed you can enter multiple photos from the same location in the different entry periods AND you can enter multiple photos from different stores in the same entry period.
