MINI MEATBALL CATERPILLAR

Ryland and I had fun creating this caterpillar with our meatballs – it was super quick!

• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook your meatballs for 10 minutes
• Pop two handfuls of green tagliatelle into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes
• Mix 200g passata with a quarter teaspoon of mixed spice and a pinch of sweet paprika
• Add one diced roasted red pepper from a jar
• Heat the sauce through for 5 minutes, then stir in the meatballs
• Halve a pitted black olive and stuff with cheese for eyes

The mixed spice and paprika along with the roast peppers give this meal a Spanish albondigas feel. ‘Very tasty’ was the verdict.
