Share your sweet memories to win weekly Swizzels prizes!

I adore Swizzels sweets and have so many happy memories of buying a Double Dip after school in Birmingham, giving Love Hearts to teenage boyfriends and handing out ‘Lots of Lollies’ to friends at Glastonbury festival! So I’m excited to see that they are running a lovely competition right up till the end of 2022, with a lucky winner every week getting a Swizzels sweet hamper.

To enter, you just need to share your sweet memory (a photograph is optional) at and complete your contact details – you can also upload a photograph, but that’s optional!

You can also enter on social media by sharing your memories on the Swizzels Facebook page, or tweet them, tagging @swizzelsmatlow and using #sweetmemories.

Every week the entries will be judged and one winner will be chosen to receive the hamper.

Ryland and I have had lots of fun entering Swizzels comps over the years so I’ll be looking through some of our photo shoots to find some sweet memories to enter!

I actually have quite a recent Swizzels memory too – in 2019 I spent a weekend in the Peak District with my best friend Jo, who was visiting from Japan. We booked a lovely AirBNB in the town of New Mills – and realised that’s where the Swizzels factory is! We took photos and I was excited to pick up a Love Hearts Dip for Ry in the local shop…

Check out the entries here if you need some inspiration – the competition is open to residents of the UK, ROI and Channel Islands. You can enter as many sweet memories as you like, so why not set a reminder to enter every week? Good luck!

I used to avidly read the words on every love-heart in the packet and pretend that my dreamboat ( a spotty 11 year old) had said the words to me!
‘Be mine!’ Sadly, he never said it, but it was fun to imagine and to live in hope!
