Weekend Winners

Welcome to a new weekly series on SuperLucky!

At the end of every year I ask SuperLucky readers to share their comping success stories with me, and in the new year I publish as many as I can. This time I’ve received over 200 fantastic emails, and have decided to introduce a new weekly post called ‘Weekend Winners’ to share some of these wonderful, inspiring SuperLucky stories with you over the course of 2016!

It seems fitting that the first #WeekendWinners post should be on the theme of Valentines Day, which of course is tomorrow!

Jess from Baba a Fi blog won a £50 voucher with her beautiful heart-themed photo.

“I’ve tended to go for simple entry methods (forms, retweets, etc) but in 2015 I branched out into more creative comps. I’m most proud of a Boots voucher I won from Compers News with a photograph of a heart made of miniature sweets and cakes. My other big hobby is collecting doll house miniatures so it was great being able to combine two of my favourite things. (Well, three if you count cake…!)”

Grainne‘s wonderful Valentines dessert won her two prizes.

“I won a €200 hotel voucher for my romantic heart chocolate and hazelnut dessert in a Valentine’s competition, and also won Judge cookware with the same photo!”

And Sandra won a Pandora Valentines competition with her wonderful monochrome Pinterest board.

“I was delighted to win 6 items of Pandora jewellery (worth £440 in total) with my creative Pinterest “My Perfect Valentine’s Day” board!”

Feeling inspired? There are still a few competitions open to entries on my Valentines Day Competitions post – and check Twitter and Facebook too as I’ll be sharing lots there.

Enjoy your Valentine’s Day – and pop back next Saturday for more #weekendwinners, when I’ll also be announcing the winner of the £50 Amazon voucher!
