What are the Cadbury Mystery Bar Flavours?
Have you tried to guess the Cadbury Mystery Bars yet?
If you can figure out the flavour of one of the two limited edition chocolate bars, you could win a mystery prize worth £5,000! There’s also bonus chances to win if you buy your bars at Tesco or Poundland.
Below I’ve shared details of the prizes you can win if you guess the flavours correctly – plus I’ve also shared the Mystery Bar clues from Cadbury so far, and some of the suggestions that people have made for the Mystery Bar flavours!
The main competition closed on 7th October 2022 and we now eagerly await for the flavours – and winners – to be revealed!
UPDATE! Cadbury have revealed the flavours as Rhubarb and Custard (bar 01) and Blue Raspberry Slushie (bar 02), which were my suggestions. 6,861 people guessed correctly!
How to enter the main competition
- Purchase a Mystery bar, and keep hold of your receipt
- Head to https://mysterybars.cadbury.co.uk/ and enter your details, plus select the shop where you bought your bar
- Make your guess – spelling errors are allowed!
Full T&Cs are here. You must be over 18 years old and live in the UK, Ireland or Channel Islands to be eligible to enter the competition. You can enter once a day so can have lots of different guesses but T&Cs do say you need “One itemised receipt per entry”.
Everyone who guesses correctly will go into a random draw, with one winner chosen for each of the Mystery bars.
Terms & conditions state the prize is either £5k cash, a £5k holiday or a £5k adventure holiday (or the Euro equivalent for an Irish winner) – but you can’t choose, it will be a surprise for the winners!
Bonus prize draws at Tesco & Poundland
- Buy your mystery bar at Tesco between 3 August 2022 and 13 September 2022, and choose ‘Tesco’ from the options on the competition entry form, and if you guess either flavour correctly you’ll go into a bonus prize draw with the chance to win £5,000 cash, or one of 19 prizes of £250 cash.
- Buy your mystery bar at Poundland between 25 July and 25 September 2022 and choose ‘Poundland’ from the menu on the entry form, and if you guess correctly you’ll go into a prize draw to win one of five £500 Red Letter Day e-vouchers (OR a €500 AllGifts.ie voucher for Irish winners)

Mystery Bar 01 Guesses
The clues suggest a sweet treat from our childhood – maybe a dessert or a pick’n’mix favourite? I am confident that the answer is ‘Rhubarb & Custard’ – favourite sweets from my childhood!
These are popular guesses from Twitter, and SuperLucky readers…

*Cadbury replied to BooHoo on Twitter to say all these guesses were WRONG for bar 01!

Mystery Bar 02 Guesses
There don’t seem to be as many guesses floating around for bar 2, but the clues above do suggest an ice cream or lolly theme – with the emoji clue suggesting brain-freeze after taking a sip! I reckon Blue Raspberry Slushie fits all the clues…
- Strawberry milkshake
- Raspberry ripple
- Funny Feet ice cream
- Neopolitan ice cream
- 99 Flake
- Blueberry Muffin
- Peach melba
- Blue Raspberry Slushie
- Strawberry Mini Milk
The mystery flavour could actually be branded as Blue Raspberry Slush Puppie, rather than just Blue Raspberry Slushie. Personally, I’ve made an entry for both answers!

The mystery bar 2 is a bizarre choice as it’s borrowed shall we say from another brand. Why not create your own? Well done all for recognising the flavours, especially bar 2 as I’d never think of that flavour. Both bars were far too sweet for me so if they go into production I won’t be buying. Fun quiz though.
I didn’t like either of the flavours to be honest, I don’t think they’ll be going into production permanently!
I think no 2 is blue raspberry
6,861 people got it right. Pretty good odds for the prize draws
Bar 1 to me tastes like Rhubarb Crumble
The flavours have been revealed!
01: Rhubarb & Custard
02: Blue Raspberry Slushie
Thanks Al! Is that what you guessed too?
Turkish delight
Bar 2 Turkish delight
1 Turkish delight
2 raspberry ripple
Number 1 for me is like peanut butter and jelly jam…
Number 2 some sort of peachy liqueur chocolate…or pink champagne/prosecco liqueur..
We at last found both bars at Tesco and I tasted 2 squares of no 1 and soon felt sick which was an allergic reaction so could contain raw strawberries or bananas. Luckily, I’m allowed 4 allergy pills a day which covers bee and wasp stings, other drugs, and loads of other products. shall guess something horrid.
I have a rhubarg yoghurt and a Frys Turkish delight bar every day. xx
Shall ask family tomorrow. Good Luck. xxx
Number 1 Chocolate triangle from Quality Street. Number 2 Rocket lollies.
I haven’t tried no. 1, but I think no. 2 is yoghurt, because it tastes exactly the same as yoghurt milka bar lmao
No 1 is hazelnut and strawberry and number 2 is pineapple
I’ve been buying these from Tesco, but the receipt just says ‘chocolate bar’ – would that be acceptable as proof of purchase, do we think?
Absolutely. What I generally do is take a photo of the product next to my receipt just to confirm what I’ve bought!
Number 2 taste of sun lotion to me and the clues really don’t help in disproving my theory lol
As I’m very allergic to strawberries, I’m not going to risk tasting them! Not worth having an anaphylactic shock!!
If you think you know the answer should you enter more than once with that answer? For example should you guess ‘raspberry laces’ every day?
Good question – As you can enter every day I would assume that every correct guess you make goes into the draw – although Cadbury may request to see a receipt for every one of those correct guesses if you win!
Thank you!
01 is raspberry marshmallow
Strawberry cream from Roses I said
That’s what I said
I guessed before seeing the clues and could have sworn one was going to be Turkish Delight 🙂 The other was a more whacky guess of lychee 🙂
I agree with no 1 as rhubarb & custard.
No1 is rhubarb and custard.
No2 is blue raspberry slush puppy.
Hits all the clues too
Oh Slush Puppie is a great guess!
I’ve got no 2!!
I thought one of them tasted of purple type berries and the other of red type berries. I didn’t like either.
My thoughts were before seeing any clues,so im probably wrong, No2 bar is ‘TURKISH DELIGHT’ based purely on taste,
Bar01:Cucumbers and Bananas
I feel like number 1 is nougat.
Rob could be right, but there are three flavours in a Zoom? “Made with a combination of three classic fruit flavours, Raspberry, Banana and Strawberry, these rocket… More. Take your tastebuds back to those favourite childhood moments with Zoom!”
