Payfriendz NHS – Coming to the rescue!

Whether you’re collecting money for gig tickets or chatting with your mates to settle up for dinner, Payfriendz makes it easy for you to collect money but also help you getting back IOUs from friends through its unique National Heavy Service (NHS.) You can request the service through the Payfriendz app, free of charge – simply add ‘National Heavies’ as a friend and message them asking for help!

How to use Payfriendz

• Download the Payfriendz app from Apple’s App Store or Google Play
• Register your details and set a password.

To send money

• Tap top up to transfer money from your bank account.
• Choose an emoji passcode (4 different emojis).
• Take a photo of your debit card, and input the CVV code.
• Top up your account (minimum £5)
• Add friends from your phone contacts or search for their names
• To pay a friend, tap on their name and tap Pay…, then input the amount to pay.

To request money

• Tap Request to request money from a friend’s profile page.
• You can withdraw to your bank account at any time (minimum £5).

How to enter the competition

For your chance to win £100 cash, tweet about who owes you money and why – be creative, as the most entertaining reason will win. Ten runners up (chosen at random) will win a tenner each.

• Download the Payfriendz app (see instructions above)
• Tweet “I need #PayfriendzNHS because…” and tag a Twitter friend in your tweet, giving a reason why they owe you money. For example, I need #PayfriendzNHS because @ForgetfulBetty STILL owes me for a curry from Freshers Week! or I need #PayfriendzNHS because @MeanDave never buys his own drinks at the pub quiz!
• You can send up to 3 different tweets (include photos or videos if you like!) before the closing date of 16th December 2015.

Terms & Conditions for #PayfriendzNHS competition

• Open to UK residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees and relatives of Payfriendz.
• Entrants must have downloaded the Payfriendz app to a mobile device.
• Entrants must have a Twitter account.
• There is 1 prize of £100 cash, pus 10 runner-up prizes of £10 cash. The prizes will be deposited into the winners’ Payfriendz accounts, and can be transferred from PayFriendz to a bank account.
• Closing date for entries is 11.59pm GMT on 16 December 2015.
• Up to three unique entries (tweets) allowed per person.
• One £100 prize will be awarded to the tweet judged to be the most entertaining, and £10 runner-up prizes will be awarded to ten entrants chosen at random. Only one prize per person.
• The winners will be contacted via Twitter Direct Message within 7 days of the closing date, and will need to respond with their registered Payfriendz email address within 21 days, or new winners will be chosen.
