Win a BleepBleeps motion alarm (ended)

Ever wish you had eyes in the back of your head? Here’s a chance to win a little something that can help! Sammy Screamer is a cute battery-powered device that alerts you when she’s moved – by sending a notification to your smartphone using Bluetooth.

SammyScreamerFeat

Sammy is designed by BleepBleeps to make parenting easier, and is perfect to monitor the activities of toddlers and younger children! Stick Sammy on the things you want to keep an eye on and she’ll let you know if they move – baby’s buggies and strollers, doors, windows and cupboards, handbags and rucksacks, laptops or even the cookie jar!

SammyScreamer

Sammy works within a 30 metre range when you pair her with the free BleepBleeps app. When Sammy is moved, she makes a noise and you’ll get a notification on your smartphone. You can choose to mute the noise – and can also change the sensitivity setting of Sammy, plus view a timeline of recent movements on the app’s activity screen. It’s a clever idea and the app is simple to use – just remember to carry your phone with you!

Sammy Screamer

Hang Sammy on a door handle or window frame, attach her to a bag, or sit her on an TV remote control if you don’t want it to be touched – she’s magnetic too. I’ve been using Sammy to guard Ryland’s iPad… no Minecraft until he’s entered all the competitions in Kick magazine, tee hee!

SammyIpad

Buy Sammy in a choice of six bright colours in the BleepBleeps shop for £29 – or you can buy a set of two for £49, or three for £69. They look fantastic and would make a super and unique gift for a new parent.

If you already own a Sammy, be sure to tag photos of her on Instagram with @BleepBleeps and #SammyScreamer – BleepBleeps have an ongoing competition to win fun prizes!

In addition to Sammy Screamer, BleepBleeps are developing a range of other beautifully designed devices including Tony Tempa ear thermometer and – my favourite – Olivia P Sticks ovulation tester!

Sleep and wake Sammy using the BleepBleeps app. When Sammy is awake she’ll bleep if she gets moved and send a notification to your phone. When you don’t need her, use the BleepBleeps app to send her to sleep.
