Win an amazing trip to Disneyland Paris!

AttractionTix are giving away a dream family trip to Disneyland Paris, to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the park! To enter this fun creative competition, send them a video of you talking about your favourite Disney memory.

The prize

The prize is for 2 adults and 2 children (age 3-11), but extra guests can be added at the winner’s expense. The prize must be taken in 2017 and the winner will be offered a choice of dates.

The prize includes:

• 2 night’s accommodation at a Disneyland Paris onsite hotel (excluding the Disneyland Hotel) 
• 3 day park tickets
• Return Eurostar transport from St.Pancras London (Disney Express service included)
• Full board meal plan at Disneyland Paris
• 1 Character Breakfast, Buffalo Bill’s Wild West Show, Disney Photopass, VIP FastPass, VIP Tour and a Disney Gift

How to enter

Take a video of yourself talking about your childhood Disney memory, answering these two questions:

• Which Disney character did you want to be when you were growing up and why?
• Can you do an impression of this character?

Then, send your video file to AttractionTix:

• Email to competitions@attractiontix.co.uk
• Send via a message to their Facebook page
• OR upload it to YouTube and send AttractionTix a link to watch the video

The closing date for entries is 7th August 2017. AttractionTix will decide on a shortlist of entries based on creativity – and the winner will be chosen at random from this shortlist and announced on 8th August 2017.

A few tips

• Don’t worry if you’ve never been to Disneyworld or Disneyland. The story could be about watching a Disney movie, or owning a special Disney toy or costume!
• Do you have photos, toys or video footage that you could share, or use in your video?
• It’s fine to feature your own kids and family in the video too – as long as the story is about your magical memory!
• If your video file size is large, email it using www.wetransfer.com or upload to YouTube (if you don’t want the video to be public on your YouTube channel, you can upload it as ‘unlisted’ which means only people with the link can watch it!)

My Minnie memories!

But what about my Disney memories from the past? I used to be a huge Minnie Mouse fan, and I remember dressing up as her 30 years ago – this is the closest I could get to her pink spotty dress!

Then when I was a teenager I had an obsession with character watches, and was given a talking Minnie watch from the Disney store. It was great until my friend thought it was funny to set it off in the middle of a lecture at University…  “Hi I’m Minnie Mouse! Gee, it’s ten thirty!”. Oh, the shame!
