Word Play
I recorded another game show today – this time live at lunchtime on the mighty Channel 5! Presented by Jenny Powell, ‘Word Play’ involves four contestants solving word puzzles. After each pair of rounds the contestant with the lowest score is eliminated… I made it through to the final round with Sean, but alas! he was far better than me on the ‘Word Ladder’ so he won the cash… however I got to return in ‘Word Play Plus’ where I romped to victory as the best rnner-up, and thus booked myself a place on a show later in the series. I’ll practice my Word Ladders before then! All in all a fun day though, and Jenny was hilarious – so definitely worth doing!
