An amazing April… and I struck gold!

Well, April was definitely my most successful month of the year so far for competition wins – I won my first radio competition since last Autumn thanks to the Heart FM Breakfast show, and also won my BIGGEST EVER prize!

As usual, here’s my prize unboxing video so you can see what Ryland and I won this month – if you don’t want to read the spoilers then don’t scroll down yet!

I’d also like to say a little thanks to everyone who likes, comments on and shares our unboxing videos. Can you believe this is my 72nd unboxing video, and our first ever unboxing was recorded 6 years ago, back in April 2015? You can find ALL of them on my YouTube playlist!

I struck gold with Brewdog!

I entered quite a few Brewdog gold can comps, including the one in 2020, the Lost Lager photo comp on Instagram and the Punk IPA Sainsbury’s comp – and was super excited to win my own £15,000 gold can, plus £10,000 of shares in Brewdog – I just had to buy Lost Lager from Tesco and upload my receipt! You can read all about the prize in my blog post – How to win a gold Brewdog can.

Brewdog are actually giving away quite a few gold cans, there are several still to be won in retailer specific prize draws when you buy Punk IPA at Ocado, Majestic, Bargain Booze and Morrisons – plus you can also win a gold can if you join the Brewdog & Friends subscription club, although I can’t find the T&Cs for that draw to see when it closes.

If you enjoy reading about people’s comping success, then please join us in the Lucky Learners Facebook group where group members share their wonderful weekly and monthly wins – you can also watch a playlist of prize unboxing videos on YouTube!

How was April for you? Let me know about your wins in the comments or on the Lucky Learners monthly wins posts. Good luck for May!

Congratulations on all your wins Di, I really enjoyed this month’s unboxing. I did well in April and had 3 small wins today, £5 love to shop voucher on the Cadbury’s win the captain competition, taking your advice about entering during quieter hours and won it at 5.45am. (I couldn’t sleep). I also won a £4.99 Rakuten Tv voucher and a £2.70 Euro Millions win. I’m always pleased with my prizes, as I don’t do any of the Social Media competitions at all. There are a lot of competitions about at the moment and I find you need to be very organised to keep on top of them.
